- Take a moment to pause and close your eyes.
- Rest your attention on your breath for three inhales and exhales.
- Just notice how you are breathing, don't force it, don't judge it.
- Bring to mind something beautiful in your life, rest your attention on it.
- When you're ready move your attention back to your breath for three inhales and exhales.
- Open your eyes, have a stretch and enjoy the rest of your day.
