Bigger isn’t always better!

We focus primarily on 2-10 unit sites, usually.

But when an opportunity to Joint Venture on a single unit plot came up, we couldn’t pass down the opportunity.

The perks of the joint venture have been that we haven’t had to put down the initial PP, meaning we can retain funds in the bank for other projects.

The agreement with the vendor is to split the profits of the sold site 50/50.

Although he will have to wait longer to receive his funds, he will receive considerably more than if he sold the site pre-construction.

Win, Win…

The majority of the construction cost is funded privately. So despite only having to put in a small number of our own funds, we will make a six-figure profit on this deal.

The project is estimated from start to finish to take 12 months.

Demolition of existing outbuildings has commenced, we look forward to updating you on the progress 😊

I found my passion for the property industry as an estate agent. I became obsessed with architecture and prime London real estate. I quickly found I was a natural at negotiating and creating relationships.

I am the point of contact for all our Investors and am dedicated to providing excellent service to ensure lifelong partnerships.

Kristian Brown 🛠️ - Starting in the Construction industry at a young age, Kristian is an expert in all things residential construction. He has built a successful, award-winning construction company and has become an industry expert.

He is also one of the most hardworking and resilient people I know.

We wouldn't be able to do what we do without each other, and I am incredibly grateful to have someone so knowledgeable at my side.

Why is it essential to keep construction sites clean?

Workers' safety - The most critical reason for keeping the site clean is to protect the staff and visitors. The likelihood of someone getting injured on an untidy sight is considerably higher.

Productivity - A clean, organized construction site increases productivity because time will not be wasted searching for tools or materials. Also, specific tasks, such as painting, require a clean surface. Regular cleaning prevents those activities from being delayed.

Reputation - Especially when carrying out works that the general public can see, an untidy site may affect how they view your company and could give you a bad reputation.

It can sometimes be hard to keep on top of cleaning on a busy site but installing the importance of site cleanliness into your trades will be hugely beneficial.
