Hello 👋🤗 my name is Zoe a registered mental health nurse with more than 15 years experience in aged care/mental health nursing. I'd like to welcome Emerald Ranges Nursing Services (Formally known as Pimp My House Cleaning & Nursing Services).

I offer in home support packages combining all care needs into one visit reducing unnecessary fees thus maximising your loved ones funding package.

Services offered Inc's; medication administration, diabetes management, wound care, palliative care, personal care, social support, domestic assistance, meal prep and more.

Services can be as short as 30 minute visits to attend to daily meditations, insulin or just a safety check to ensure your loved one is keeping warm during these cold winter days.
