Today we launch our 2012 ‘Listening2Clients’ programme through which we demonstrate our commitment to improve the solutions and services we provide to our clients by gaining a better insight into their future challenges and requirements, so to better assist them in their own business aspirations.
Previous Listening2Clients review programmes focused primarily on improving our operational performance and because of that feedback, we made important changes to the way we do business, as well as resolving individual concerns over specific areas of our operational performance.
This year, the global economic situation means the Defence market faces both a very changed landscape and a challenging environment, and we have chosen to focus on gathering information to support our longer term strategic decision making. As our success comes from best enabling our client’s success, we intend that the 2012 programme assists identify our client’s need, as we aim to be their potential long-term partner.
As in previous years, our Senior Executives will conduct this in-depth review through a series of face-to-face interviews, covering the most important areas of our relationship with clients in order to drive client-focussed improvements in our business.
As the programme progresses we will use Facebook to keep people up to date with activities.
