26-28 Purfleet Road, Aveley

We recently started on site at Purfleet Road, Aveley carrying out the design and build of 17 new residential flats. After reducing the levels and setting the site out we have now commenced piling.

*Progress update from 118 Vallance Road*

New screeds on both floors along with grid ceilings now in place and an enlarged opening on the GF we are approaching the end of the works inside the Office Area. We are currently busy with 2nd fix. The Industrial Area has had 2 x new roller shutters and is now ready to be covered with new insulated panels.

We are delighted to have commenced on site at 26-28 Purfleet Road, Essex carrying out the design and build of 17 Residential Flats. We are excited to be working alongside Noakes Properties Ltd and Andrew Christie from ACA Surveyors.

We would like to welcome Alan Talbot, another new Project Manager, to the Absolute Team. Alan brings with him a wealth of expertise in dealing with and managing small to large-scale projects, acquired through more than 18 years of site management experience.

Away from work, Alan is a massive Formula 1 Fan and a QPR fan. He is also a drummer of 50 yrs and enjoys playing with his band ‘Slamdunk’ most weekends.

**PROGRESS UPDATE FROM 118 VALLANCE ROAD**

We have just had a new flat roof installed (on the main building/office area) and the concrete frame at the back / industrial area has just been repaired and ready to take the new cladding.

We are delighted to announce Tony Vincent’s promotion to “Construction Director”.

Steven Syme, Managing Director, said “This promotion is thoroughly well deserved. Working with Lighthouse Surveyors, we completed the CAT A Refurbishment of Building 4 within Dorking Business Park for Real Estate IM.

The building is 15,000 sq ft within an out-of-town business park in Surrey. The works involved the full internal and external refurbishment, as well as creating an extended top floor utilising existing redundant plant rooms.

The 28-week project was completed to a high standard and was well received by everyone involved, this was our first project for Real Estate IM, Absolute has now completed three further projects for this valued client.
