REC Source is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our growing driving and industrial division during busy afternoon and evening operations.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, confident on the phone, and able to manage urgent staffing requirements in real time.

You will be involved in:
✔ Candidate sourcing & onboarding
✔ Filling urgent bookings
✔ Worker support & communication
✔ Evening operations
✔ Out-of-hours support
✔ Liaising with clients and internal teams

Previous recruitment, operations, customer service, or transport experience is advantageous, but attitude and communication skills are just as important.
