🎾 Serena Williams is back.
What does that have to do with property?
More than you might think.
Whether it's tennis or real estate, success isn't always about moving quickly. Sometimes it's about patience, preparation, and knowing when the timing is right.
The best property decisions aren't rushed. The best comebacks aren't either.
Welcome back, Serena. 👏

Last week I was honoured to be invited to (and attended) my first book launch by the gregarious and affable Verna Haywood
In property, you quickly learn that resilience is everything.
Deals fall through. Markets change. Challenges appear without warning. Yet the people who succeed long term are often the ones who keep moving forward with purpose, perspective, and belief.
That’s why I found Unstoppable Resilience: Heal, Rise, and Reclaim Your Power by Haywood such a refreshing and powerful read.
It’s not just about overcoming difficult moments — it’s about healing, rebuilding confidence, and stepping into your next chapter stronger than before.
Rather than simply offering motivation, the book presents a framework for personal transformation and self-renewal. Highly recommend Unstoppable Resilience!💯🙏🏼
Whether in business, property, or life itself, resilience is often the foundation that quietly shapes success.
This book is definitely a must read for anyone navigating growth, change, or reinvention. ✨

Today I saw something extraordinary.
The Lotus Evija.
One of only eight in the world.
Finished in black and gold, inspired by the legendary Lotus Type 72 that carried Emerson Fittipaldi to Formula 1 glory in 1972, this wasn’t just a car sitting in a showroom. It felt like engineering, history, ambition, and imagination all meeting in one place.
Over 2,000 horsepower.
Fully electric.
Carbon-fibre everything.
Butterfly doors that make people stop and stare.
But what fascinated me most wasn’t the performance.
It was what the car represented.
At a certain level, people stop buying things simply because they are expensive.
They buy what reflects who they are, what they value, and how they want to live.
And honestly, property is no different.
The best homes are rarely just about square footage, bedrooms, or postcodes.
They’re about lifestyle. Identity. Emotion. Possibility.
Some people want the penthouse with skyline views.
Some want a countryside retreat with peace and land.
Others want a family home filled with noise, energy, and memories waiting to happen.
Just like the Evija, the right property says something long before words are spoken.
Working in property constantly reminds me that success looks different to everyone.
For one person, it’s their first set of keys.
For another, it’s building a portfolio.
For someone else, it’s finally creating the freedom they worked years for.
Which brings me to an interesting question:
If money was no object…
What would you choose?
The rare hypercar?
The dream waterfront villa?
A London townhouse?
A quiet life abroad?
Or simply more freedom and time to enjoy life properly?
Because perhaps the real luxury isn’t ownership itself.
It’s having the freedom to choose your version of success.
