Meet Damir, our Senior CAD Technician. 🏗️

Damir thrives on the challenges that come his way, making his job exciting and dynamic. His passion for design knows no bounds, and he's always up for pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

🏛️ Gaudi's intricate designs, exemplified by the stunning Sagrada Familia cathedral in Barcelona, have always inspired Damir. No wonder they call him "God's architect."

If he wasn't crafting amazing CAD designs, Damir would be rocking out as a musician 🎸, living the dream of being a rock star! 🤘

Currently, he's working his magic on a luxurious five-star hotel in Tel Aviv and a fabulous restaurant in Bahrain.

For his drink of choice, Damir enjoys Slivovitz plum brandy, which he claims gives that perfect tingle on his tongue and "puts the hair on a man's chest."

His life motto? "Life is too short."

On a perfect day, you'll find Damir chilling out on the beach, sipping a long cocktail, and doing absolutely nothing – just relishing the moment. 🏖️

And when it comes to favourite places, London has a special place in his heart. 🇬🇧

Tuesday throwback to our second US store for Watches of Switzerland in Hudson Yards, New York.

Designed in collaboration with Neumann & Rudy (MNa).

The store includes a boutique for Patek Philippe, and Rolex on opposite sides and brand installations of various watchmakers in the central space. The store also includes a cocktail bar that overlooks British designer Thomas Heatherwick’s 'Vessel' sculpture and the Hudson River.

Hello everyone! Today, we are thrilled to introduce you to SinChi Wu, our talented Senior Designer who brings creativity and passion to every project. Let's get to know SinChi a little better!

SinChi loves the fact that every day at work is an opportunity to learn something new. Embracing challenges and constant growth is what drives them forward.

If SinChi weren't a Senior Designer, they would have pursued their passion for martial arts and become a full-time Martial Arts instructor.

SinChi is currently working on an exciting project with a premium jewellery store.

Coffee is SinChi's go-to drink, providing the perfect boost of energy and creativity during those intense design sessions.

When it comes to tea, SinChi takes it with milk last. It's all about savouring the flavours till the very end.

Among the many places they've visited, Japan holds a special place in SinChi's heart. The rich culture, stunning landscapes, and unique architecture left a lasting impression.

SinChi's ideal day starts with a refreshing morning climb up a hill or mountain, followed by a relaxing afternoon snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of a serene South East Asian destination.

Flashback Friday Feature - Watches of Switzerland Greene St (Soho New York)

First store that opened in New York, in November 2018.

In collaboration with Neumann & Rudy (MNA)

Situated within a historic cast-iron building dating back to the 1880s, this boutique spans two floors and boasts an impressive 8,300 square feet of retail space. Its aesthetic is characterized by a sophisticated blend of materials, including exposed brickwork and polished plaster walls, complemented by oak floors, ornate tin tile ceilings, blackened steel architectural accents, and sleek stainless steel fixtures.

The boutique houses an exceptional assortment of timepieces, accompanied by an in-house cocktail bar, a carefully curated library of collectable watch books, and a constantly evolving display of artwork.

Introducing David Simmons, our Associate Director

David finds pure joy in witnessing a project come to life during construction. He cherishes the incredible moment when the first person walks through the doors of a newly opened building or interior. 🚧🏗️

Alvar Aalto is David's ultimate design inspiration. As one of the leaders of the modernist movement, Aalto's influence extends across architecture, furniture, and textiles. His versatile creativity truly captivates David's admiration.

If he want in his current role, David would dive into the world of producing custom-made furniture or restoring classic cars. He has a passion for craftsmanship and the artistry of these timeless creations.

When it comes to his go-to beverage, David can't resist a lip-smacking Banana Milkshake. According to him, we should never completely grow up, and a classic milkshake keeps that playful spirit alive!

"Do something today that your future self will thank you for." This powerful mantra serves as David's daily motivation, reminding him to make choices and take actions that will lead to a brighter tomorrow.

While some might ponder the age-old question of milk first or milk last when it comes to tea, David's tea ritual revolves around Builders Brew. He adds milk last, but not until he has sipped several cups of coffee to kickstart his day with an energizing boost! - comment below and let us know your preference ☕
