Kia Niro Hybrid 2018 - dual clutch pack & clutch actuator done ☑️

VW 1.5 TSI oil separator and oil filler cap replacement for a misfire issue.

Customer brought the car in for a rattle coming from the engine area, after a short diagnostic confirmed that the noise was coming from timing chain, quoted customer for replacement of timing chain including :

•timing chain kit
•water pump
•drive belt
•coolant
•engine oil
•oil filter
•oil sump sealant
•engine oil pump cleaning

As you can see in the pictures the timing chain guides failed.
The car was returned to the customer next day. 🚘✅
