Restaurant Projects did it again handover of big site for a fantastic client in Leeds. Restaurant Projects were Principle Contractor on site and we completed every aspect of the design and build, including all M&E and HVAC. Including our own bespoke joinery, kitchen equipment and more. The site was a challenge given the new regulations under the Building Safety Regulator (for properties within a new high rise). But all completed and handover to client looks amazing and the client is happy. 💪

From this to this for a returning client of ours in Edinburgh. Enjoyed every minute of it. Another amazing client. 😍👍

We finished up this job just before Christmas for a fantastic client in Warrington. Quite a big production unit for a well known Coffee Shop operator. Client was brilliant and we wish them well on this transition to in-house production. We enjoyed every bit of it and we will look forward to working on a few more projects with them 💪

Happy to be starting another project in Liverpool. Once again lucky to be awarded Principal Contractor for this very exclusive Apart Hotel. Watch this space. 2023 is already looking jam packed for us absolutely loving it 👊 we are actively looking for HVAC sub contractors for some new project we start in new year. Successful handover last week for a fantastic client. We felt privileged and lucky to be awarded Principle Contractor and be part of this project at Battersea Power Station for an exceptional operator and whilst it came with major design/build challenges we enjoyed every bit of it. 💪👊👍On to the next one.

Really looking forward to working on these three different style sites but most of all working with the dedicated operators. It really makes a difference working with operators who really care and give a * about their business. In the days when I was an operator, I cared about every single last detail, right down to the detail the customer wouldn't even see. I have see this with each of these operators. I wish them all the luck!!! More pictures to follow.
