Castle Park Solicitors

Castle Park Solicitors is the 1st charity-owned law firm in UK. We offer specialist services in Family Law and Immigration Law. Castle Park Solicitors is the first law firm owned by the charity, Community Advice and Law Service (CALS).

At Castle Park Solicitors we specialise in Family Law, Employment Law and Immigration Law. We also offer Family Mediation and Family Collaborative Law Services. All of our lawyers are experienced in their fields of law. "Rolston was given a British passport in 1974, at age 16, and all was well until he tried to renew it in 2011 so he could apply for jobs.

"The Home Office refused his application telling him it did ‘not appear’ he was a British citizen.

"His case emerged earlier this year when the Government came under fire for its treatment of members of the Windrush Generation who found their citizenship questioned despite having lived here for decades."
