Garage conversion and lean to roof complete, (Note; the full front to be rendered by others)
Garage conversion complete; garage door removed,downstairs toilet removed,lintel installed, foundation excavated and concreted, front and side brick/blocked up. Suspended floor installed to tie in with rest of house,all new stud work to form walls, insulated and plastered. 2 radiators installed, all new electrics for lighting and sockets installed. New door fit Architraves and skirting board fit. Window supplied and installed.
Lean to roof complete, roof tiles installed, facias soffits installed in egate grey to match windows.
Existing steps removed and replaced with Indian stone.
New side gates and fence installed.
Thanks to all involved for getting this one over the line.

Little downstairs toilet done last week for a returning customer
Work for a returning customer. They had an idea of what they wanted but didn’t know how they could achieve it. After a couple of meetings we come up with a design, there were changes along the way however they have achieved what they wanted.
We removed the existing canopy lifted the internal height of the lintel to give a more open feel in the hallway. Built the porch, built a new hipped roof over the bay window to get rid of the flat roof and give it some character. We built retaining walls and formed steps upto the main door. We also moved around 40ton of muck off site and replaced with MOT as eventually this will be block paved.
There’s still porcelain paving to go at the front and where the steps are however the front section of brickwork where the bay window is, is being rendered. The customer has their own electrician and plasterer to finish off the inside.

Little job for a customer we have done a lot of work for in the past. All the old flags and slate removed, aco put in front of the door as previous landscaper had just put gravel
There. Recessed manhole lids installed kandla grey porcelain with an anthracite border installed and black ice gravel on a new membrane.

Job recently finished. Porcelain paving installed. Old fence removed and replaced in the front garden, bush removed and replaced with fencing down the side of the driveway. Old fence panels removed in the rear and replaced with new.
Turf to be done next year.
