Smoke Ventilator repairs completed today across 21+ floors and on both the North and South face. It's been a time consuming process including the replacement of nearly 100 pinions , but very satisfying to see them all operating for possibly the first time since they were installed.

Servicing Season is well and truly underway. As well as prolonging the life of the heating appliance and checking that it is operating efficiently. We also check for installation faults and issues, like incorrectly fitted flexible hoses and gas meters installations that are vulnerable to damage from forklift trucks etc. (see pictures)
