Mori was lovely and so helpful! He arrived in only 35 minutes after the call was first logged and within only 5/10 minutes being at the property, he managed to get the key unjammed out of the lock so the door could be shut properly and file the key down to fit in the lock better. I couldn’t recommend Mori enough and appreciate such a quick resolve!
