Back in August 1988 Karen joined us as an Office Junior. Her dedicated and professional service arranging insurance for The Scouts, Girlguiding and charities has seen her progress to the role of Senior Account Handler.

Karen says “I wouldn’t have lasted this long without my love of the job and working with a good team”.
