Actress of stage and screen and novelist, Eliza Morton, is coming to Stockbridge Village Library as part of Knowsley Literature Festival!
She will be visiting us on the Thursday 25th June at 11am to talk about her life and career! From her many TV roles in shows such as Jeeves and Wooster and Watching, to her popular historical sagas set in Liverpool.

As part of the Knowsley Literature Festival, Kirkby Library will be welcoming Sean Watkin a local Kirkby author on Friday 26th June at 2pm. His first crime novel 'Black Water Rising' was shortlisted for the McDermid Debut Award 2025! You will be able to meet him, listen to his story and ask him questions about his writing career and his books! This is a free event.

CALLING ALL MEN! Stockbridge Village Library is starting a group just for you! - meet others and connect with your local community every Wednesday 2:00pm-3:00pm!

It's the World Cup 12th June to 20th July 2026. We have a fantasy football shirt colouring competition the kids at Kirkby Library. Come and design a shirt. There will be first, second and third prizes for the most colourful shirts!!!
