Headboard enclosure under construction. The curved crossbanded and bookmatched top rail with mitred returns to the ends really makes this a fantastic centre piece, especially once the upholstered panels are set in. At over 3M this had to break down for site assembly using invisible fixings. The return ends made to fit a pair of Walnut and leather bedside tables (shown in previous post). A 3.6 metre wide mezzanine balcony screen with pivoting panels we designed and made. Shown in-the-white before spray-painting. Bespoke solution to create privacy and control light. The frames break down in three parts for easy removal and to allow access for any large items over the balcony. A light-weight structure was required just to add to the challenge.
