Thank you to everyone that came along this weekend to the Bingo event raising money for the animals of Danaher. An awesome job by Claire Haythorpe on the bingo balls. Well done to Teen Miss Diamond Ireland 2021 for organising the event and all the support. On the day 57 individual cat and dog meals, 15kg of dry food, several bags of treats, bedding, pet dental items and nearly £250 was raised. We will be taking in more donations Sunday 3-6pm. Fantastic job by all involved

We were so lucky to meet the team of stuntmen who were practicing their stunts in our hall while filming on location at Colne Valley Railway, for a new Bollywood Blockbuster. They were all fantastic. Thanks to those who recommended the hall

We are delighted to announce that our very own Alannah won the national competition and was crowned the Teen Miss Diamond Ireland winner. She will be jetting off next year to Las Vegas to compete internationally. We wish her all the very best

Please come along and support Danaher Animal Home. Entry by donation of cat, dog or small pet food ( in particular they are looking for "posher" nosh for the felines that are struggling to adapt). Monies made on the day will go to purchasing more items for the fluffs at Danaher, based on discussions with the staff. Bring your money and have fun whilst doing good.

Exciting times. Cautious baby steps, the hall reopened yesterday for our children's clubs to restart following government guidelines. Adult clubs due to restart in May, covid permitting . Look forward to seeing things get back to normal

An absolutely hilarious children's Back to School zoom party today with the fabulous Party Monsters Children’s Entertainer . Spoon, toothbrush and potato at the ready for the next one. We've already had some great feedback from the children and parents that took part.

We are pleased to bring you the fabulous Party Monsters Children’s Entertainer, they are running a Monster Back to School Party via zoom,(aimed at children 3 yrs and up), including magic, puppets, games and dancing .
