Interesting day yesterday viewing HMOs in Hull. Lots of opportunities to consider!! 😃

Big thanks to Dave Alty from Focus Developments for showing me around one of his social housing projects today. This tired, old property is being transformed into a bright and modern four bedroom home. A great result for the tenants and investors.

The new bathroom and bedroom at our Manchester HMO is now complete. Finished in 7 days thanks to the excellent team at Focus Developments. This change will deliver a return on investment of 34%!! Furniture and dressing the room next week ready for the new tenant. 😀

Excellent progress at our Manchester HMO. The new bedroom and bathroom should be complete by next Monday. Furniture coming the week after so it should be advertised before the end of the month. 😃

Exciting start to the week. We are reconfiguring one of our multi let properties in Manchester to create an extra bedroom and new bathroom. Should be all done and dusted in 8 days and ready to let out. 😀

Very proud of our finished holiday cottage. We completed it last June and had a few months of it being fully booked prior to the second lockdown. Looking forward to strong demand in 2021 :)

Walker's Cottage Walker's Cottage - A superb terrace cottage situated on the outskirts of Windermere town. Close to shops and pubs. WiFi. Pet-friendly. Ambleside 5.8 miles; Kendal 9.7 miles.

Fantastic progress on our back to brick (slate) conversion in the Lake District over the last 10 weeks. We've ripped everything out, re-plastered, re-wired, re-plumbed. Created a 3rd bedroom and new en-suite, installed all the latest fire safety features and started to get the new kitchen in. Shame progress has had to stop because of Covid-19 but its more important to keep our team safe.

Looking forward to finishing what we think will be the best holiday let property in Windermere in the near future :)
