Teaching a community group CPR and AED training today. This bowls club recently purchased an AED for their community and want to learn how to use it. People knowing what to do before the ambulance arrives can be the difference between life and death.

Blended Paediatric First Aid in a school today. New Department of Education regulations means more staff are required to undertake this course in order to keep young children safe.

Our swimming club community were devastated when one of our members sadly died from a sudden cardiac arrest, we want to raise enough money as a legacy to him to be able to host a cardiac screening event. Please help and donate if you can.

I love sharing my knowledge and skills with others but when you read that what you’ve taught someone actually made a difference in real life nothing beats that!

Restart a heart day 16th Oct. If you know what to do then share those skills with someone that doesn’t. I’m off to teach nearly 100 kids to be potential little life savers today.

Had a lovely day with a group of teachers updating their first aid skills ensuring they comply with new regulations around safer eating and reducing risk of choking with early years children. Nice feedback from those that attended.
