After a successful trial, her auntie decided to jump on board with the booking. You don't always have to have both hair and makeup. Clare is a regular hairdressing client of our hairstylist Danielle and so she wanted her to do her hair for the wedding but was quite happy to do her own makeup. What a natural beauty! We understand everyone's needs are different so don't be afraid to tell us what you need.

Just a little note of appreciation to say thanks once again for all the support shown from clients, friends and family this year. I have to admit 2020 hasn't been the easiest for our industry, so without the love, encouragement and loyalty of you all I couldn't have completed another year in a job I really enjoy. So seriously, THANKYOU. Hope to see you all in a more positive 2022.

As most of you will realise I have continued to wear my visor for all hairdressing treatments up to now. The new rules that were enforced last week mean masks are back, this page taken from the government website also implies clients are asked to too. These are legal requirements so let's all do what we can to stay safe and protect those around us. Don't forget to let me know before your appointment if you have had covid symptoms, been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or had covid since I've last seen you (patch test may be needed). Just to let everyone know I'm not currently taking on any new clients. I've been so busy since I started back in April, which has been brilliant. And I am so grateful for all the support for my little business as I know so many haven't been able to continue after lockdown. But I'm now struggling to fit all my regulars in as well as new clients and feel I've lost my work/life balance which was the whole point of me becoming self employed. So apologies for any disappointment but I hope this makes sense. And thankyou again for keeping me in work. Take care.❣️

With 3 young children this lovely client doesn't get much time to have her hair done, so we needed to keep it low maintenance. About 3 inches cut off, few fresh balayage pieces, roots evened out and a toner to brighten the ends was in order. She did tell me though, that when she does get around to it no matter how long it's been she always contacts me because she wouldn't trust anyone else with doing her colour now 🥰

This lovely lady hadn't been able to have her hair done since last summer because of her NHS job, a major operation and of course covid lockdowns. So today we gave her a well needed chop/reshape and freshened up that blonde with teasylights and a gorgeous ash toner by my new favourite milkshake range 😍 (Thank goodness for client selfies as I'm useless at remembering to take pics 😂)

So this afternoon's transformation looked a bit like this..... We went from grown out colour, natural grey roots and home done highlights, now she was ready to embrace her grey. After 5 and a half hours 😲 to ensure we kept it in the best condition during each stage of the process, this was the result. My very first "back to grey" transformation and I'm pretty chuffed with it 😊

I've got to admit it felt quite nerve wracking last week doing a brand new client after all this time. But thankfully she was lovely and we achieved a beautiful result. Fresh balayage with a bright face frame 😊

Well I survived the first week back! 😜 Thanks to everyone so far for your patience when I was running behind and your generous tips 🥰 will be popping to the wholesalers tomorrow between jobs so if you want anything picking up give me a shout x
