✨️Meet Elaine ✨️ – Enabler, Creative Enabling Limited

With over 30 years of experience as a professional chef, my career has taken me from the kitchens of Blenheim Palace to the privilege of cooking for Queen Elizabeth II. While I have mastered the art of high-end catering, my time working in care home environments revealed my true calling: the profound impact of supporting others.

After two years of dedicated night shifts in care, I realized that my passion for helping people outweighed my love for the professional kitchen. In May last year, I joined Creative Enabling, where I now combine my decades of practical experience with a heart for service. Outside of the office, I am a devoted animal lover and value every moment spent with family and friends especially my new grandchild.

✨️Meet Steph✨️ - Enabler, Creative Enabling Limited

With over a decade of dedicated experience in the care sector, Steph specialises in supporting individuals facing diverse and complex challenges. Her extensive expertise spans autism, learning difficulties, mental health conditions, brain injuries, domestic abuse recovery, substance misuse, and homelessness. Steph began her journey in residential care homes, where she quickly discovered a lifelong passion for delivering impactful, person-centred support.

What drives Steph most in her career is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, empower individuals to achieve their personal goals, and navigate the dynamic challenges of a role where no two days are ever the same.

Outside of her professional life, Steph enjoys travelling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with family, whether they are playing games or watching films. She is also an automotive enthusiast with a soft spot for sloths—so much so that she has amassed an impressive collection of sloth-themed items in what she fondly calls her "sloth corner."

✨️Meet Adele✨️ - Enabler, Creative Enabling Limited

With 10 years of experience in elderly care, she truly found her calling early, starting as an apprentice at just 16 and earning her NVQ Levels 2 & 3. For Adele, no two days are ever the same, and she loves nothing more than enabling her clients to get the very best out of each day.

Outside of work, she is a devoted family person who loves nothing more than dog walks along the beach and escaping for trips away in the motorhome.

Andys Man Club Exeter are celebrating their10 Year Anniversary which will include a nationwide Walk and Talk at 1pm on Saturday 4th July 💚

Known for her approachable personality and genuine loyalty, Becky is a highly respected and trusted figure among both staff and clients.

When she’s not working: You’ll likely find Becky making memories with her family, doting on her new grandson, socialising with friends, or enjoying a live music event.

Anita Richards is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience at the intersection of Human Resources and Administration. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Anita serves as the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring an efficient and organised office environment. She believes a company’s success starts from within and takes pride in building the systems and structural stability that allow our team to perform at its best.

Anita’s leadership centres on proactive problem-solving and a dedicated commitment to a supportive workplace culture. By blending HR expertise with a refined eye for logistics, she transforms complex office needs into seamless, sustainable systems.
