Exeter Opera Group continues its exciting journey through French opera with Camille Saint‑Saëns’ "Samson et Dalila", following the vibrant success of Bizet’s "Carmen" (only one more 'Carmen' performance on July 16th at Cullompton Summer Arts Festival this Summer). While "Carmen" dazzles with fiery passion and unforgettable melodies, "Samson et Dalila" offers a richer, more dramatic sound world—combining powerful storytelling and the famous, seductive “Mon cœur s’ouvre à ta voix.”

This next production promises a striking contrast: from the bold realism of Carmen to the biblical grandeur and emotional depth of Saint‑Saëns’ masterpiece—an experience that is both visually and musically captivating.
