We offer a full report detailing your new property ranging from the structure itself down to the final touches which finish your property off. Services include thermal imaging of the build, camera inspection and a full inspection report showing any issues as well as detailing these issues.

Back from a break away and on the outskirts of Cornwall this morning. It appears there’s a massive hole in your gable/ house! This should not be there! Customers didn’t notice, moved in yesterday.

We recently visited Amy and Kevin’s new home to help them both get a good understanding of issues and snags they had spotted, but to also run an inspection report to see if any snags or defects were visible to us. We found a really well built home by Taylor Wimpey but did find a selection of defects which are now being addressed by the builder and customer care team. We would like to thank them both for inviting us into their home and we will continue to work with them to make sure the issues we raised are corrected and we’re happy with the final product.
