A small mystery from one of today’s check out inspections. The tenant had moved out and the property was empty, but the oven still contained a tray of perfectly baked croissants 🥐

For the record, we can’t be bribed with pastries… and we had absolutely no idea how long they’d been in there!

Last Friday of the month means one thing at Pinstripe, coffee and cake.

A quick pause between reports, then back out on the road.

End of tenancy check out - 100 packs of butter. 15 cloves of garlic. A chunk of ginger. Any guesses what was being made?

Last Friday of the month perks. Coffee and cake on Pinstripe, wherever the day takes you. A small thank you for all the miles, stairs, keys, rain, and everything in between!

🍁 Out near Callander today, with the Trossachs in full classic autumnal Scottish mode. Low cloud, rolling mist, and a quiet road all to ourselves. 🍂

Out on the road to Hawick today. A frosty start but the views made up for it. Always nice when reports come with scenery like this! ❄️😍❄️

A small but meaningful milestone for us at Pinstripe: one of our company cars now has a new driver. Anna’s been putting in the graft since joining Pinstripe, and we’re delighted to see her take the wheel of this little Fiat. A practical perk maybe, but also a reminder that we value consistency and commitment in our team 💪

One of the best parts of our job is being out and about across Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond, which means our team get to stumble across plenty of brilliant independent cafés.

A little perk to wrap up the month, and a good excuse to support some local favourites along the way.
