The Faodail Film Archive celebrates lost indigenous film collections from the 1930s to the 80s in the Outer Hebrides preserving the archive for future generations. If you’re at a loose end this afternoon/evening why not come along to the National Library of Scotland to hear some Gaelic songs and stories from myself, Màiri Kidd and Bria Mason: Gaelic, Nature, Folklore & Song! There’s an event for families from 5.30 to 6.15 and another for adults from 6.45 - 7.45. English summaries and translations will be provided for those without Gaelic!
