We provide general garden maintenance services, mainly in private gardens. We also undertake landscaping work, including the selection, supply and planting of trees, shrubs and hedges. Our work varies from regular maintenance in very large private gardens to a one-off blitz in a small garden. We have been established since 1988.
Please note that Grass Roots Garden Maintenance has ceased trading as Brian has at long last retired!! With very many thanks to our loyal customers over the years 😊

GREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY with Grass Roots Garden Maintenance:
Once again we have a vacancy for a Full Time Gardener to work as part of a small friendly team carrying out general garden maintenance and landscaping work in private gardens in rural locations. A lot of our work is in beautiful large gardens.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous gardening experience and/or is interested in a long term career in gardening. Full training can be given. You must be hardworking, polite and reliable. A driving licence is preferred.
You must be able to get to a village location, LU6 2HP, for a 7.15 am start (public transport is not feasible) and the finishing time varies slightly, but transport will be provided from our base to each work site.
This is a permanent position with a long established firm, Monday to Friday with very occasional Saturdays.
