So inbetween the singers at my events, I have background music playing which is a mixture of Within Temptation, Evanescence, Lacuna Coil, The Birthday Massacre, Elane and Myrkur and so many other amazing artists.... All quite goth or witchery inspired music.

What other music would you like to hear as you're meandering around the stalls? I have a playlist and I could add it to them if you like? :D

FAQ Post-

Does the venue have parking? Parklands does, The Corn Exchange and The Three Cranes don't.

Is the event family friendly? Yes, all events are family friendly. They are not 'family fun days', however. There may be some things that some children may not like at the events, but others may like it.

Are there trader spaces available? The next two events are usually fully booked, but if you drop me a message with what you do, I can send you a booking form.

Do you have 2027 dates yet? 'No' but also 'Yes'.

How many venues do you have for 2027? Three, so far.

How many events are you doing in 2027? Eight, so far.

Are you going to keep doing these events? As long as I can keep getting the footfall for the amazing traders who trade at these events, yes.

How did I not know about this event, have you promoted it? I promote on local news outlets, social media, word of mouth, physical media and whispering to the wind...

The Best Dressed competition!

So the theme for The Rook's Den- Anniversary Edition! 28 June 26 is 'Absolute Goth/Witch Finery' which basically is in the same vein as 'Dress your Best' but I want you guys to go for it! Caution to the wind, shame be damned!

Put on your finest regalia, outfit, costume or whatever it is you want to put on! This goes for customers, traders, volunteers, spirits, fae or otherwise!

Here are some examples of previous best dressed winners- Be reminded that there are two winners for the next event- The Witch King and Goth Mama!

Photographed are the previous winners. Unfortunately I cannot have photos of the first winners due to the stall that was photographed behind them.

All materials for this event are provided and you'll get to walk away with a unique spell jar to promote protection, purity or power!
