Rowing a great way to meet new people and try something new but it is also a superb way to keep fit and stay in shape.
The Rowing stroke exercises all of the main muscle groups at the same time and is also one of the best forms of cardio work out.

BUCS Regatta 2024. Best of luck to Sarah Mckevitt who is on her way to represent Ulster University this weekend in Nottingham.
Sarah will be competing in the Women’s intermediate single sculling event this Sunday racing No.177 in her time trial against 65 athletes.
Sarah has been a key driver to rowing with Ulster University the past two years and a member of the Women’s Student Sport Academy 2023-2024 alongside balancing her final year Occupational Therapy degree 🚣🏼♀️

Rowing is back!
We're excited to announce that Magee will be running a rowing club this year!
Join us at the Coleraine and Magee campus on Wednesday 21st September from 2 to 5pm for a Taster Day! No experience required!
You can also pop in at Fresher's Fayre on 26th September from 9am to 4pm! This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you have about rowing and to sign up for the sport!

Colours Awards 2022🏆 what a night for Rowing! The team came away with the Jim Allen Merit award for endeavour and commitment to sport, and captain Lauren with the Chris Lundy Award for administrator of the year and Club award for dedicated service to Rowing 🤩 The committee are absolutely thrilled with the results, can't wait to see where the club goes in the future!
