Two more of our sack tip stations are currently in development at our Darwen UK facility.
Our sack tip stations, also known as bag dump stations, provide a hygienic and efficient solution for manually unloading materials from small bags. They are designed with operator safety and dust control in mind. This latest sack tip station has been developed with the following operator benefits:
✅ Enhanced dust containment: Activated when the sack tip door is opened, this feature minimizes dust exposure and helps maintain a cleaner workspace.
✅ Dust recovery from reverse jet cleaning: The station includes a reverse jet cleaning cycle that efficiently recovers dust from the filters, reducing waste and maintaining cleanliness.
✅ Easy maintenance access: Dust extraction components are easily accessible, making maintenance simpler and reducing downtime.
