We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of specialist business telecommunications company, Trinity Maxwell. Based in London, Trinity Maxwell delivers industry leading, high touch service, support and account management to business customers in London and the South East.

We're pleased to announce that we've further extended our telecoms portfolio by acquiring Pure Telecom, a Shropshire-based independent telecoms specialist.
Bill Holmes, Chief Executive of Radius, said: “Radius has acquired a highly reputable business in a sector where we see huge potential for an offering to our core customers alongside their fuel cards and telematics products. We're pleased to announce that we've further extended our insurance portfolio by acquiring The Burley Group, a Sheffield-based business specialising in fleet and plant insurance.
