This is a perfect position for someone without any/little office experience who would like to start a new career path.
We will provide you with all training necessary and will be fully monitoring your progress.
You will be responsible for:
•Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
•Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
•Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
•Designing office workflow
•Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
•Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
•Generating sales invoices for clients.

After nearly 15 years of growth and expansion we are very proud to announce that two members of our staff are working hard towards Chartered Tax qualifications.
Magdalena Dudek and Timea Moldvai have just passed the first part of this area “Professional Responsibilities and Ethics”. Both, Magdalena and Timea are now studying towards their second exam due in May 2022
We have gained a more comprehensive understanding of Professional Rules and Practice Guidelines and Professional Conduct in Relation to Taxation which significantly improves our services.
🗓📌There are changes taking place in the FURLOUGH scheme from July 2021:
👉From 1st of July, the english governemnt offers 70% furlough and employers must offer minimum of 10% top up;
👉From 1st of August until 30th of September 2021, the government offers 60% furlough and employers must top up salaries with minimum of 20%.
👉Following Rishi Sunak’s latest announcement, the furlough scheme will not be extended and it will end on the 30th September 2021.
👉Proof of hardship caused by COVID-19 must be kept by employers for 6 years in archive.
