Today’s AI Mythbusters session at The Simulation Centre challenged some common ideas about AI.
It debunked the myth that AI appeared overnight, showed why modern systems don’t “think” like humans, and reminded us that the future of AI isn’t fixed — it depends on how people choose to use and guide it.
Understanding these myths makes AI feel less intimidating and far more practical.

Yesterday we visited Coventry University to run a behind-the-scenes demo of Predict Media with The Simulation Centre team. The product is still pre-launch, and seeing how students respond to fast-moving information across simulated media platforms gave us brilliant insight.
Facilities like The Cave at Coventry University, used in previous student simulations, show how immersive environments support realistic training and help us understand how the system should behave under pressure.
The feedback we received yesterday was really useful and has already helped us refine the experience.
More to come as we continue building this together.

We’re celebrating 10 years of For The Community CIC Their anniversary event in Coventry was a great reminder of how much they’ve achieved over the past decade.
We’re grateful to have worked together with their team to build the Powered by H4C platform. Their input shaped the system every step of the way, and it’s been a pleasure to support their mission in this way.
Well done to the whole Hope team. Here’s to many more years of impact.

We stopped by a lovely cake sale this morning hosted by our neighbours, Handelsbanken Coventry, here in the Enterprise Centre. They’re raising money for ExtraCare Charitable Trust, and it was great to support such a meaningful cause.

We had a chance to chat, enjoy a few treats, and donate to their JustGiving page. It’s always nice to see local teams coming together to make a positive impact.
