Coco Cakes

The past 2 days I've been teaching a very talented young lady how to decorate a woodlands themed cake. I'm astounded at her talent... so excited to watch her progress 💕

Hello and sorry for the very long silence.
I have been on an enforced 'cake break' due to eye issues and have just made my first cake for months ... it was for my twin daughters 6th birthday party (a swimming/ mermaid party). Of course they gave me step by step guidance and artistic direction. So it was with their assistance that this cake came into being. I must say I absolutely loved being able to create with no pressure.
But .... I am still not taking on board any commissions as yet, as am still waiting for my eye op.

I haven't made cakes for a while, as I've been preparing for a huge party. This was my cake for my Gatsby 40th.
Lemon and raspberry sponge filled with lemon curd and lemon cream finished off with white chocolate & a double chocolate sponge with salted caramel filing and milk chocolate ganache.

Happy birthday dear Noah, I was lucky enough to be invited to Noah's party. His Mum created such a wonderful fun event with amazing attention to detail, and the cake set it off perfectly.

Happy birthday dear Tegan, a perfect cake for a swimming party. And I was happy I got to use my airbrush, love how the colours came out.

Star Wars (obviously) cake for an avid fan. His mummy supplied the figurines, so he could have "goodies & baddies".

After a few months cake break, I had the pleasure of restarting with this cake for a very special friend. Happy birthday Tammy xx
