We're starting a new 5 day tour today. We met our Guests from Dallas when they arrived at Heathrow.
Before we venture into Wales, they wanted to spend a few hours looking around the impressive Blenheim Palace.
Whilst not in Wales, we were happy to oblige.

South Stack Lighthouse. Even on a cloudy day, it is a beautiful place

Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) is the tallest mountain in Wales & England reaching 1085m.
It attracts thousands of hikers each year that takes the 5-6 hour hike to the summit. Thousands more take the 1 hour train ride to the top. Sir Edmund Hilary trained to become the first person to climb Everest on Yr Wyddfa.
It is a formidable mountain.
Every year, the Snowdon Race takes place where runners, race to the top.
Many achieving the feat in under 40 minutes. That's quicker than the train.

Day 6 of our 8 Day around Wales with our guests from Rhode Islands begins with a visit to Caernarfon Castle. One of the best castles in Wales.
We have over 640 castles, so there is alot of competitions for the title of "Best Castle in Wales"
Devils Bridge in the heart of The Cambria Mountains.
According to the legend, a Welsh farmer sheep was trapped on the one side of the gorge with no way to be rescued.
The Devil appeared and offered to provide a bridge, in exchange for the first soul to cross it.
The woman agreed, and the Devil provided the bridge and proclaimed "The first should to cross this bridge will be mine for all time"
The Welsh woman smiled, nodded, and threw a piece of bread across the bridge, that her dog chased after. She looked at the devil and said "There's your soul"
Furious at being tricked, the Devil disappeared and has been too embarrassed to return to Wales since.
