‪Very excited to reveal that we’ve teamed up with Netflix to brew up a limited edition pale ale to celebrate the release of The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance 🔮🍻
The original film is a favourite amongst the team and we can't wait to see the new series!
The only way to get your hands on this one is at upcoming The Dark Crystal launch events folks.

Huge thanks to everyone who helped make this event happen (you know who you are). The highlight was probably the impromptu limbo on the Sunday.

Another Cloudwater Brew Co keg, yes we are spoiling you!

Due Diligence 4%

This low ABV farmhouse beer was brewed with coriander seeds, chamomile, black pepper and grains of paradise.

Soft chamomile leads into flavours of star anise, clove and coriander, with a satisfying tartness.

The crisp, dry finish contains light floral notes and lingering malt accents

Grey Trees Brewery . For those who haven't heard of it (although the chances are you have) The name, Grey Trees, comes from the english translation of the village where the brewery was born, Llwydcoed. Llwydcoed is a beautiful village in Aberdare.

Over the last few years Grey Trees have won loads of well deserved awards, and we are VERY happy to have the following on cask..

Drummer Boy 4.2% - Tastes excellent and comes with a great back story..

"Ray created our Drummer Boy ale in memory of the late Stuart Cable – ex drummer in one of Wales’ well-loved bands, Stereophonics, with the same love.
As you may know, Stereophonics, hail from our local community here in the Cynon valley – from Cwmaman, Aberdare, specifically. And what better to way to celebrate these local lads made good that with a top quality beer brewed right here in the locality, by another local boy, Ray Davies.

Ray used to serve the sadly missed Stuart Cable, back when he drank in a pub Ray managed, in Llwydcoed (‘Llwydcoed’ meaning “Grey Trees”). This friendly link, a mutual appreciation of fine ales, and of course the sense of a community that contains beer brewers, rock stars and all manner of people in between, inspired Ray to create the much in-demand Drummer Boy."

Centennial 4.4% - Hoppy nose, syrupy hit, bramble taste, creamy & smooth

Two local favourites from the brilliant The Untapped Brewing Company on cask. Untapped are based in Raglan and their beers pop up all over Cardiff. If you haven't tried one of there's yet then now's your chance.

Whoosh 4.2% (Jodie's fav, so very drinkable)

Sundown 4% Gorgeous Golden Ale a sweet aroma with a hint of spiciness, followed by a defined, dry but mellow finish. Wonderfully refreshing!
