Just want to make people aware of an ex-customer, Jordan, based in Rhydyfelin. He contacted me to complete work for a house he’s renovating into a HMO in Gwilym Street. After my first day on the job, I sent him pictures of the work I completed (he doesn’t live at the address, so I sent photos). He replied stating that he was really pleased with the work so far and would make payment shortly (as we had agreed for payment to be made on a day-by-day basis). Since then he has not answered any of my calls or texts and I have no other way of getting hold of him. Just thought I would give other tradesmen the heads up before completing work at this property.
