✨ My beautiful first lot of girlies were all ready for prom on the 18th June! ✨

All week I'll be sharing their gorgeous photos, and first up is my beautiful client, Solsi. 💙

How absolutely stunning does she look in this gorgeous blue gown?

For Solsi's alterations, the sleevelets felt a little too loose and baggy, so they were carefully reshaped and shortened at a 45-degree angle. This allowed for better movement while still achieving the look Solsi had envisioned.

The hem also needed shortening to ensure she could walk comfortably and confidently throughout the evening. To achieve the perfect length, I carefully unpicked the horsehair braid from the tulle layers and repositioned it, preserving the beautiful structure, shape, and flow of the dress.

Seeing everything come together and watching my clients leave feeling confident and comfortable in their dresses is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. ✨

A broken zip doesn't have to mean the end of your dream dress! ✨👰‍♀️

This zip completely broke during my client's fitting appointment. Thankfully, it's nothing to worry about! I reassured her that I could replace it with a brand new zip, so she could leave feeling confident and stress-free.

The damaged zip was carefully removed and replaced with a new one, restoring the dress and ensuring it was ready for the next stage of alterations. 🧵🤍
