Three years ago, we left our Iconic legacy in Sandbanks, UK.

This is a glimpse of the project from an unseen perspective.

A year ago, we posted a video on our perspective on Sandbanks, and how it doesn't live up to the name or price tag of the properties existing in the area.

Sandbanks is the 4th most expensive place per square foot to live in the world, and the most expensive within the UK.

The question we ask: Can Sandbanks be better, more luxurious, and more creative?

Yes, through refurbishment! This project is proof of concept, taking an old home, and transforming it into the manor house that now stands. This would not have been achievable through new build restrictions and complications.

Yes, refurbishment comes at a cost (20% VAT), which is a point we dislike, but ultimately it is worth it for the creativity and adaptability.

Sandbanks has the opportunity to move into the future through refurbishment, and we felt the need to showcase our perspective and addition.

Sandbanks is a testament to UK heritage and we are glad we played a part in building there, but we believe we can do more.

An honest perspective on Westover Road resurfacing and development works, by BCP Council

We originally stopped creating these videos and felt the need to not produce any further negativity towards BCP Council. We ultimately felt we gave our perspective to BCP Council after meeting the Leaders and creating the content we did.

However, after seeing the commenced works by BCP and Octavius, and the quality... We felt the need to express our opinion and perspective as a building company operating within the area.

BCP Council, was this the most vital maintenance work in Bournemouth town centre or again a waste of maintenance funds?

Our ancestors who built this town gave you the perfect canvas to create a beautiful seaside town, and by all means, you are slowly destroying it by making mistakes like this.

In the future, BCP Council, look to employ a local family business, one that will care about quality control, and not corporations like Octavius, which quite clearly don't. This is not us fishing for a BCP Council contract, as firstly there's too much 'Red Tape' in the way to even consider, which needs to change.

We are looking for 2 x trainees to join our team.

The job/apprenticeship involves general building works, learning a variety of trades from carpentry, bricklaying, structural works, landscaping, etc.
