👉 Is there anyone available at the Vine Centre to help fill in forms for fibromyalgia sufferers?
I believe the long term effects some are experiencing after contracting Covid are listed below.. As someone who suffers from fibro myalgia 16 yrs now I live with the majority of these symptoms on a daily basis.. Would not be surprised after having Covid it may have triggered Fibro 🤔

Fatigue ✔️
Shortness of breath✔️
Cough
Joint pain✔️
Chest pain✔️
Difficulty with thinking and concentration (sometimes referred to as “brain fog”)✔️
Depression✔️
Muscle pain✔️
Headache✔️
Intermittent fever
Fast-beating or pounding heart (also known as heart palpitations)✔️
Cardiovascular: inflammation of the heart muscle✔️
Respiratory: lung function abnormalities✔️
Renal: acute kidney injury
Dermatologic: rash, hair loss✔️
Neurological: smell and taste problems, sleep issues, difficulty with concentration, memory problems✔️
Psychiatric: depression, anxiety, changes in mood✔️
Hi can I ask other members if they suffer from chest pain? As if someone is sitting on it ? If so how do they relieve it? Thank you
Hope you are all keeping safe, was just wondering if any of you have used or had any experience with one of those muscle massage guns for helping with your fibromyalgia ache and pains? And if so, which ones in particular? Many thanks for your help in advance. Soft hugs.
Hi everyone, I am a nurse and had fibro my whole life. I started a new video series to help gain awareness, help people understand us better, and get my warriors the answers they need. Thank you for your support! I hope they help! God bless you all!

“Hi. I am on maxitram 200mg twice a day and 1000mg of gabapentine 3 times a day. This really isn’t helping so i have an appointment at the pain management clinic next week. Will they change my meds? I am terrified to come of the maxitram because if i miss a dose i start getting horrible withdrawal. So what will coming completely off them not be like. Hope members might have some advice”

Feeling quite thoughtful tonight. 🤔 I know it can be difficult for people to listen to us complain. I don’t think it’s necessarily because they are sick of hearing us but for those who love us it can be hard when they see and hear how we’re feeling but can do nothing really to make it better. Those we love feel powerless because they can’t fix us.

However….talking about Fibro is so important. ❗️Not just because we need to, but because it needs to be heard. If we don’t talk about it how can the stigma be dispelled. By talking about it we are telling the world “yes I have Fibro - now let me explain what it really is”.

Wishing you all a restful weekend 🙏

So this is our view this evening. 🎑Weekend away. First weekend alone with the hubbie since..well at least since lockdown first started. No kids. Hot tub 🛁 has really helped my arm/shoulder pain tonight and yes…that’s a sauna in our chalet. Best of all…a non 6.30am wake up call 📞 from the kids tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend folks ❤️
