Poached home grown apple, ginger nut crumble, crème anglaise, apple and cinnamon jelly.

Salt baked salmon, Thai coconut cream, pickled chilli and Bok choy.

This dish was inspired by the couple’s honeymoon touring around the Phi Phi islands.

We had the pleasure of catering for a wedding anniversary dinner last weekend.
We created a bespoke 6 course menu for the couple, inspired by their favourite food & memories from their years together.

📸 Braised Dexter beef doughnut, black pepper aioli and garlic crisp. Served with our Secret garden apple spiced cocktail.
