Front and back fascia & soffit restoration recently completed on this property.

All areas were fully sanded back, repaired where needed, then carefully filled, primed and caulked before applying a durable exterior finish.

New vents were also fitted to improve airflow and bring everything up to standard.

A proper job from start to finish. Not just a quick coat, but a long-lasting solution that completely refreshes the look of the property.

This bathroom was transformed from light and neutral to deep, rich, and atmospheric.

All surfaces were well prepped first filling, sanding, and priming before finishing in a bold, colour-drenched tone that completely changes the feel of the space.

Proof that darker colours, when prepped and applied properly, can feel warm, calm, and high-end rather than heavy 🖤

First one of the year completed and another hallway, stairs & landing wrapped up this week 👌

Walls and ceilings painted in a soft light grey ‘Nickel’ for a fresh, modern feel matching the clients other rooms. Paired with a stunning darker grey for the feature walls and woodwork.

Feature walls finished in Dulux Bowler’s Hat — such a classy colour, especially in natural light.

Hallways, stairs and landings are the first thing you see when you walk in, so getting them right makes all the difference.
