BridgerBuilds is looking for a Freelance Junior Accounts Administrator to join the team.
BridgerBuilds is a Hampshire & Surrounding areas based Carpentry & Building business, specialising in home improvement services.

🕒 Hours: 3-5hours a week
🌍 Location: Remote (Uk applicants only)
💼 Type: Freelance / Part Time

Key responsibilities:
•Managing monthly CIS returns
•Data entry tasks
•Reconciling simple transactions
•Organising financial records and documents
•Supporting month-end admin as required
•Adhoc Video calls with the team

Requirements:
•Basic understanding of accounting
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Good organisation and time management skills
•Comfortable using spreadsheets and accounting software
•Previous experience using Sage preferred (Experience in Quickbooks to be considered)

💷 Hourly rate: £13- £16 an hour

🌍 Location: Remote (Uk applicants only)
💼 Type: Freelance / Part Time

Key responsibilities:
•Responding to customer enquiries (email & messages)
•General admin tasks (scheduling, calendar management)
•Managing inboxes and basic follow-ups
•Social Media Management
•Adhoc Video calls with the team

Requirements:
•Strong written communication skills
•Good organisation and time management
•Comfortable working independently
•Basic computer & online tools knowledge
•Previous admin or customer service experience preferred

💷 Hourly rate: £12.50- £14 an hour
