Today we had their usual 330g of soaked John Silver biscuits (today with a lump of duck fat for flavour). Chicken fresh food, a can of wet food, a tin of fish, and today's EPIC protein is a pack of lamb bits that goes in as is (we often use Raw for this part from Embark on Raw Natural Dog Food, ✌🏽). Our dogs love their food 🍖. Some coriander and veggies, a scoop of seaweed supplement, and that's today's bowl done 👍🏽😎

Our is less active and on around 3% of his weight. Our , and our both have a little more than 4% of their body weight most days.
