I was advised to take up Yoga. Being totally inflexible and close-minded, this was not something I gingerly took on. However, I was introduced to a Yoga teacher who provided me with a number of one-to-one sessions. I learnt the basics, enough to turn up to a yoga class without being too self-conscious. After all, Yoga is a series of stretches that you are probably already familiar with putting together increases strength and balance over time.
