Shift the Thrift - Series 1: 8. Aberystwyth In Aberystwyth, confidence clashes with caution as mother and son contestants hunt student town treasures, gamble on creative upcycles and face a tense live-streamed auction.

Friday 19th December will be the last day we are open before Christmas. We will then be shut until the 5th January. If you need to hire equipment for the Christmas period please pop in this week or give us a call.

We're looking for a temporary charity shop assistant for the six week summer holiday (22nd July-31st August).

Part time hours: 24hrs a week including some Saturday working
Pay: £12.60 an hour

Aberystwyth Shop Mobility will be shut Saturday 7th December due to the bad weather.

We will be closing for Christmas on Saturday 21st December and reopening on Monday 6th January.

If you wish to hire a wheelchair or scooter over the Christmas period then we will be charging a flat fee of a week (wheelchairs £30/scooters £65) for the festive period and the equipment will need to be collected on the 20th/21st December and returned on the 6th/7th January so you must have a safe place to store it for that time.

We will be closed on Monday 4th November to enable some work in the shop.
