São Paulo Dance Company arrives at His Majesty's Theatre on 16–17 Feb 2027, part of a UK and Ireland tour. One of Latin America's best-known dance companies, directed by Inês Bogéa.
Their repertoire draws on more than 80 commissioned works from choreographers worldwide.

Sam Ryder takes on Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar at His Majesty's Theatre, 5–9 Oct 2027. It's his first theatre role since finding fame as a singer-songwriter, following acclaimed runs at the London Palladium and Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's rock opera unfolds through Judas's eyes, with Gethsemane and Superstar among the score.

The Snuts have announced that they are heading to Aberdeen's Beach Ballroom on 20 Nov, one of 16 dates on their autumn UK tour. It’ll follow the release of their fourth album, Joy in Short Moments.
Written after frontman Jack Cochrane came off the road and became a father, it's a record shaped by real life rather than constant motion.

Aberdeen Treasure Hub opens its storerooms to evening visitors for the first time this summer. Three Wednesday dates: 24 Jun, 29 Jul and 26 Aug, each starting with a curator's talk before heading into a collection of over 100,000 items.
Fine art, social history, shipbuilding, football memorabilia. The vast majority never on public display.

A whole week dedicated to gulls! Gull Fest runs 29 Jun to 5 Jul at Greyhope Bay Centre, with storytime, a talk, a creative class, an ID session and a social birding walk covering six species along the coast.
Drop in for binoculars, an activity sheet and a gull-themed raffle, with proceeds going to Greyhope Bay and New Arc Wildlife Rescue.

It's the work of Nigeria-born, Aberdeen-based artist LikkLe bVnti, who wanted listeners pulled into the making of music rather than just the receiving end of it.

Twenty-four hours, one mystery musical, no prior warning. Local performers, musicians and crew are locked into Aberdeen Arts Centre on 26 Jul to stage a full production from scratch.
Last year sold out weeks early and raised £5,000 for the Save campaign. This year's show is still under wraps.
