Here’s a sneak peek at three traditional Japanese buildings I’ve modeled in Blender, inspired by the Edo period. From viewport views to fully textured and lit versions, you can see how these models are coming to life! 🏗️✨
These structures are part of an ongoing work-in-progress for a larger 3D animation project—recreating a bustling port town from the Edo era.

Welcome to my animation project, « The Quest for the Magical Sword. » This 7-second animation captures the essence of a fantastical world where a brave character embarks on a journey toward a mystical sword embedded in stone, reminiscent of the legendary tale of Excalibur.
Through this short animation, I aimed to convey a sense of wonder and adventure, blending dynamic movement and atmospheric elements to bring the scene to life. Join me in exploring this magical moment as the character approaches the sword, poised to uncover its secrets and power.
Crafted with using Blender for dynamic modeling and animation, ZBrush for intricate sculpting and detailed character design, and DaVinci Resolve for seamless editing and stunning color grading.
