TERROR — The Living Proof: Live in London 2006 restored in 4K UHD

Mid-2000s hardcore at full intensity — raw, brutal, physical and straight to the point.
Captured live in London in January 2006 and released on the official The Living Proof DVD by Trustkill Records, this set documents Terror during the Always the Hard Way era: fast cuts, violent stage lights, crowd movement and pure hardcore energy.

Restored and remastered in 4K UHD from the official DVD release, with a preservation-first approach: improving clarity, motion stability and viewing comfort while keeping the raw, aggressive live-video character intact.

This one was not easy. The original DVD source was heavily compressed, with harsh lighting, bright beams hitting the image, fast motion and a mix of 4:3 and wider-looking shots. The goal was not to over-modernize the footage, but to respect the original brutality of the live recording.

A subtle layer of grain was added in DaVinci Resolve to restore texture and preserve the rough, physical feel of the source.

This footage comes from an official Hellfest US 2002 DVD release. Like many early-2000s SD interlaced MPEG-2 live recordings, the source carries major technical limitations: heavy compression, limited detail retention, harsh outdoor lighting and chaotic stage movement.

Rather than artificially modernizing the footage, this archival 4K UHD remaster focuses on recovering clarity, improving motion stability and enhancing viewing comfort while preserving the original texture and live atmosphere of the archive.
