Ndise is rarely found.
Efere ndise is one of the native soup🍀 here in Akwa Ibom State that you can cook without palm oil. However, u can add oil if u want to. This leaf has a lot of healthy benefits one of which serves as blood tonic.
U can cook it with water leaf or Okra.
Some people do prepare it with melon
Ndise is very nutritional just like pumpkin leaves but
Ndise is softer than pumpkin leaves.
